Audacity is an audio editor that is completely free. You can import your own audio and add all kinds of effects such as having a reverb, changing the pitch, and amplifying a certain part. You can easily cut out a part of the audio you don't want. When you've cut out a certain part of song, such as the ending to make it shorter, you can make it fade out so it doesn't just stop abruptly. When selecting a part of the audio that you want to edit, you use the 'Selection Tool' and it's probably the tool you will be using the most. There are all kinds of shortcuts on the screen with Cut and Undo being some favorites. An example of the process is shown in the images below! Cut Song With Fade Out
Editing audio is very easy with Audacity. You can record your own audio and edit it any way you want just like songs. And exporting audio is just as easy as recording it. You can slide audio forward and backwards with the Time Shift tool so you can make two different songs fade in together, kind of like a transition between songs like you hear in games or movies. Explore with the program and create anything you want!
I would rate this 5 stars out of 5 because it's free and very powerful. It has all the capabilities of a full paid program for professionals, and it's super easy to use. Here is a link to try it out: DownloadAudacity.com

SoundCloud is a free music app and website that is much like Pandora but with some more variety like YouTube, with video game and other music being found a lot easier. For the app version of SoundCloud, it can be played in the backround so you can play other games and still listen to the music, even with your phone off you can still listen. SoundCloud can also be used for podcasting, but YouTube or other websites is where that is more popular. You can make your own playlist and when your playlist finishes, it still plays related music. One thing about SoundCloud is that it might play the same song again later on, which can be a little irritating when that one song keeps popping up when your trying to listen to other songs. You can actually skip to a certain part of the song without skipping it completely. The app/website isn't really that bad, and I don't think there are limited skips. And there are adds as with most free music apps and websites.
I would give this website/app 3 out of 5 stars because it is nice to have music in the backround, but the song variety when listening isn't very big. Here is the link to try out SoundCloud; SoundCloud.com FotoJet is a free photo editing website that is pretty powerful. It allows you to have multiple effects on your photo and the editing is very easy. You can pay to get all the features such as no adds and more editing options and there is a seven day free trial, but it's a limited time offer. You can make collages, simple edits, and designs for free with a lot of editing features such as adding a frame, clipart, text, and visual effects. The layout is very simple and easy to navigate. The buttons are labeled and categorized with effects like black and white in one, and scenic in another. You can save images as either PNG or JPG depending on which you prefer, or which type you need. There are a lot of collage options, even without the paid options, with as many as sixteen photos in one collage! If you want edited photos for a collage, you need to edit them before time because you can't edit them when putting them in the collage. You can also make the edges on your collage pictures look more rounded and even making them into circles. Here are some examples of the editing and collage: It was very fun to make these "Fotos", so why not try it out yourself? I promise you'll have fun too!
I'd rate this 4 out of 5 stars because it's very powerful and still offers a lot for being free, but since I don't have the full experience of this website because of the paid extras, I can't give it 5 stars. But it still has a lot to offer with the free version. Here is a link to try it out: FotoJet.com Youtube Music is a free app/website that is very simple and very useful. Youtube Music lets you skip as many times as you want, but you get adds. You can create playlists just like any other music app or website, and listen to your favorite bands, artists, and even orchestras! For example, you can listen to Blake Shelton, and then listen to music from your favorite video game, like, say you want to listen to a song from The Legend of Zelda; Just search up "Legend of Zelda OST" and I'm certain you will find something. You can also listen to endless playlists that have more than 60 songs and it will keep playing songs that you have listened to, songs with the same genre, and songs that you've liked. All of your liked songs will be in an automatic playlist that you can listen to with only those songs, or turn on autoplay to keep listening to related songs. You'll need to make an account unless you already have a Google account that is linked to your Youtube, then you can listen to the songs you've already liked on Youtube on Youtube Music and everything is free unless you want no adds. Youtube Music is basically like regular Youtube, but it's songs and music videos that play like a radio station.
I would give this app/website 5 out of 5 stars because it's great for listening to music when you want something specific like music from a video game, or from your favorite mobile app and you can create all different kinds of playlists that other people may enjoy too. When you like something, it's called a note, and it appears in your likes which you can view anytime you want. You can set it to let people see your likes and who your following, or you can keep it all private so only you can see them. I've tested most of the tools and they're very easy to use, though shading could be a problem based on what the layers are like. Experimenting is crucial when using this. There could be things that go together, and things that don't go together. It tells you what your going to use by hovering over the tool you want and you can add clipart and text along with images that you can crop and resize. You can try out a lot of different types of drawing brushes like pencils, calligraphy, pens, tile brushes, paint brushes, crayons, spray paint and a lot more. There are even stamps! You can also move, drag, resize, and delete what you've drawn, which is handy when you make a mistake or just didn't like it. There are a lot of ways to express yourself in a drawing and if you want an easy and free way, I suggest trying out Sketchpad 5.1!
